st what don't cities, counties and school districts
                                          NOT understand about

       "It's NOT Your Money"?

Next Session let's win one for the Taxpayer!

The First Step to Taxpayer Protections is to eliminate the illegal practice
of Lobbying with taxpayer dollars to get more taxpayer dollars.

In an effort to keep out tax dollars from being spent to work against the taxpayer,
we decided to investigate some counties and see if they were in compliance with
the law.

We choose 38 counties and our attorneys sent FOIA (freedom of information)
requests to all counties.  Then we asked taxpayers in the counties we targeted to
send letters to their district and county attorneys.

Those counties which have "yes" by them are counties where taxpayers sent in a
letter to the District Attorney or the County Attorney asking them to investigate the
use of tax dollars to lobby for more taxpayer dollars.

If your county does not have a "yes" beside it would you consider sending a letter
to your county or district?

We filed our first lawsuit on June 2nd and word quickly circulated in the capitol
and in special interest group circles.  We were told that when word hit the capitol it
was like a "shock wave"!

We have had incredible press and found one posting where school
superintendants were advised to read the articles on the lawsuit!  Of course
school personnel lobby on our dollars as well.

We continue to get information from the FOIA requests which show big
associations are lobbying with YOUR MONEY to get more of YOUR MONEY!
